When a deal closes on Terrecom, commissions are automatically calculated and collected through the platform. No invoicing, no chasing, no back-office headaches. You close the deal; we handle the rest.

When does the clock start?

For Founding Suppliers, the 12-month commission-free window starts from the date of your first completed sale — not your registration date. You could register today and close your first deal in six months. The clock doesn't start until that deal closes.

What counts as a "completed sale"?

A sale is completed when both parties confirm the deal is closed and funds have been processed through the platform. Pending or partially-closed deals don't start the clock. Your supplier dashboard shows your current commission status at all times.

Standard Supplier rates

Standard Suppliers (those who join after Founding spots fill, or at the $99.95/year rate) pay commissions from Day 1 of their first sale. The same tiered schedule applies — 3.5% on the first $50K, lower as deals grow.
