B2G Compliance: Built Differently

Terrecom charges commissions on closed escrow transactions — not on listing or bidding. Volume-based sliding scale rewards frequent transactors:
- 0–4 transactions/month: 5.0% commission
- 5–9 transactions/month: 4.0% commission
- 10–19 transactions/month: 3.0% commission
- 20–49 transactions/month: 2.5% commission
- 50+ transactions/month: 2.0% commission (warranty holdback provisions apply)
