Terms & Conditions MEMBERSHIP All legal organizations in all but a few countries can register to use the “do business” functions provided by Terrecom. This extends to all for-profit, not-for-profit, public and private sector organizations. Generally speaking, all organizations in countries that have been determined to be “terrorist havens” or “terrorist friendly” by the U.S. Government are legally precluded from participation. Typically, the personnel within organizations that use the Terrecom “do business” functions are buyers (procurement/purchasing agents) and sellers (sales and marketing agents). We recognize that in small and medium sized organizations, these two functions may be performed by the same person or persons. FEES Individuals registering on behalf of their organizations as buyers use Terrecom FREE. Sellers may select from the following: $59.95 (U.S.) for six (6) months usage, $99.95 for one (1) year usage, or $179.95 for a lifetime membership. For a quote on registering multiple sellers in order to reflect product differentiation or multiple locations, email ceo@terrecom.com. PAYMENT Payment of the Seller Registration Fee can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Paypal, of company check. This selection is made at the beginning of the Seller Registration process. There are no further fees for unlimited use of the basic Terrecom functions. If banner advertising is purchased, that is an additional fee and must be paid by credit card as listed above.
